ServiceOS ("we", "us", "our") provides software that helps service businesses manage customers, work orders, assets, invoices, and maintenance contracts. This policy applies to our website and the ServiceOS application.

We collect only what we need to provide the service:

• Account details — your name, email address, and password (stored encrypted).
• Workspace data — the customers, assets, jobs, and invoices you create inside ServiceOS.
• Billing information — handled by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers.
• Usage data — basic logs and analytics that help us keep the service running and improve it.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve ServiceOS.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Send important account, security, and service notifications.
• Respond to your support requests.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Each workspace's data is isolated and accessible only to members of that workspace. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow industry-standard security practices and restrict internal access to a need-to-know basis.

We share data only with trusted service providers needed to operate ServiceOS — such as hosting, payment processing, and email delivery — and only to the extent required. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.

You can, at any time:

• Access and export the data in your workspace.
• Correct or update your account information.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Opt out of non-essential communications.

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to understand how the product is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings and the consent banner shown on first visit.
