Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ServiceOS. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Last updated · June 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ServiceOS, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

2. The service

ServiceOS provides tools for managing customers, work orders, visits, assets, invoices, and maintenance contracts. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the product.

3. Your account

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure.
  • All activity that happens under your account.
  • Ensuring the information you enter is accurate.
  • The actions of team members you invite to your workspace.

4. Plans and billing

ServiceOS offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other workspaces or our systems.
  • Resell or sublicense the service without our written consent.
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the service's operation.

6. Your data

You own the data you put into ServiceOS. We claim no ownership over your customer records, invoices, or other content. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host and operate the service on your behalf. You can export your data at any time.

7. Availability

We work hard to keep ServiceOS available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access, and we'll aim to give notice where practical.

8. Termination

You may stop using ServiceOS and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. On termination, you may export your data within a reasonable window before it is deleted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServiceOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we'll notify you through the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
